SANTA MARIA, CALIF - The Bulldogs closed out a two-game road stretch with a pair of wins, rallying from a six-run deficit to beat Compton 7-6 on Friday before outlasting Riverside City 12-9 on Saturday.

Hancock trailed 6-0 through five innings before erupting for all seven of its runs with two outs in the seventh. Addy Creath's two-out double brought home three, Dezirae Rodriguez followed with a two-RBI triple, and Havanah Michel plated the final run to complete the comeback. Michel (1-12) went the full seven in the circle. Rodriguez and Isabel Sanchez each had multi-hit games to anchor the offense.

Rodriguez picked right back up the following day, going 5-for-5 with a homer, two doubles, two stolen bases, and four runs scored. Sanchez added three RBI and Rianna Dulay drove in two more as Hancock put up seven runs in the sixth inning to take control. Ciena Acosta (3-5) earned the win, striking out seven over six innings before Michel closed it in the seventh.
The Lady Bulldogs return to action at home with a conference matchup with Ventura College at 1pm, Tuesday April 14th.
