NEXT LEVEL: Omar Reynoso Inks with Bismarck State

BISMARCK, N.D. - Allan Hancock College pitcher, Omar Reynoso, will continue his academic and athletic career at the next level after signing with Bismark State College. 

"I chose Bismarck State because it felt like I needed a new chapter, and getting out of California to see what it is really like is something that I'm very excited for," Reynoso shared.

Reynoso, a redshirt sophomore transfer from San Mateo College, wrapped his lone season with the Bulldogs in May. The product of St. Joseph High School started in four of his 14 appearances, striking out 15 batters and securing one save after 26.2 innings of work. 

"My time at Allan Hancock was a great experience for me, and I was able to meet a lot of new people. The baseball coaches prepared me to be ready for what's coming at the next level and showed me how important it is to stay locked in," Reynoso added. "The school and tutors helped me get to where I am today as well."

The Mystics are a member of the NAIA and compete in the Frontier Conference.
